I had been thinking for a while about getting a hot tub. But after chatting with other companies, I always felt like my questions were left hanging and the whole process was a bit of a mess, which really turned me off. Then I met Tim Bourne from Happy Hot Tubs at the Angmering location. From beginning to end, Tim made everything super easy. The effort and care he put into answering my questions and finding solutions was a breath of fresh air. Unlike many other companies, HHT keeps their installation team in-house, which was a big relief and made for a smooth experience. The crew was quick and went over the product and chemical processes - big shoutout to Simon and Crum! HHT also pointed me to a trustworthy electrician and patio expert. Their aftercare has been top-notch. Fantastic product and service that’s truly gold standard! Thanks a bunch, HHT team!

Today, on 6.9.2022, we had our yearly service. The engineer's name was Simon Miles, and let me tell ya, his customer service was top-notch! He went through all the service checks and accessory inspections, making sure everything was in order. Plus, he cleaned up everything he was supposed to. I was really pleased with the service Simon provided. If you're thinking about getting a hot tub, I definitely recommend Happy Hot Tubs. And don't forget to get that annual service when you buy a tub! Big thanks to Simon for the great service!

We made a trip to Happy Hot Tubs Rowlands Castle located at Stansted Garden Centre, where we were welcomed by James Crawford. We were looking to buy some treatments for our tub, but we weren't quite certain which ones would suit our needs. James was super knowledgeable and went over the features and advantages of every option. In the end, we chose a system, and it has worked out really well for us.

Our previous hot tub was beyond repair, so Louise recommended a trade-in option that we discussed with Chris. Simon, the engineer, also walked us through the features. We then made a trip to the showroom at Alver and chatted with Harry, who knew a lot about the different models. We swung by the farm to check out the tub we were thinking about and ultimately decided to buy it. The delivery happened in just a couple of days. James and Stan did a fantastic job with the removal and installation. Overall, the hot tub team gave us excellent service, and we’re super happy with our new hot tub. Cheers, John and Lindsay.

Local shops are scratching their heads about why they’re not making it. I needed a new filter for my Freeflow Spa and checked out a nearby store, but they couldn’t help me out, so they said they’d get back to me. After waiting five days, I took matters into my own hands and searched online. I stumbled upon the Happy Hot Tubs website, which was super easy to use and helped me find the right filter. I placed my order on Friday around lunchtime, and it showed up by 10 am on Saturday (they offer free next working day delivery). If you’ve got a Happy Hot Tubs nearby, you’re in luck; if not, their online delivery is top-notch. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Chloe was the one who helped us out. The customer service we received was top-notch; she even came over for a site visit and was thrilled that we could get the hot tub installed in our backyard. The installation crew was fantastic and walked us through how to operate the hot tub. We haven't regretted it for a second—sleeping better and unwinding after a long workday has never felt so good. We got our hot tub from Rowlands Castle and they've been really great. The service is top-notch, and the staff are super friendly, always taking the time to go over everything. James in the showroom was incredibly helpful. Overall, just excellent!

Matt and Steve showed up to install a cover lifter for our hot tub after it was set up. I can’t recommend them enough; they really know their stuff and are super focused on the customer. They did an awesome job, and it was a joy having them here. They took the time to walk us through the process and made sure we were in the loop about everything. Great work, fellas, I’m really impressed!

Matt and Steve arrived right on the dot, and let me tell ya, they were true gentlemen. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting the tub shifted perfectly into place, which made me super happy. These two guys are a real treasure for Happy Hot Tubs. And I can't forget about Henry in the office; he’s been a tremendous help in coordinating the hot tub relocation to my new home, as well as this move. This company is simply amazing, and their after-sales service is top-notch—always ready to lend a hand!

Let’s see… from the first chat, through all the follow-up queries I had, to the adjustments I wanted, and the site visit… HHTs have been fantastic. They made sure I’m completely satisfied with everything, and because of that, I feel really good about my purchase and the support that’s on hand. The tub is on its way to the country, and we can’t wait for the installation date to roll around.

We’re really happy with our Joyful Hot Tub. The buying process and delivery went off without a hitch. The crew was super helpful and knew their stuff. The timing couldn’t have been better, matching up with the recent warm weather, and adjusting the water temp has been a breeze.

I purchased a Pool Lab (equipment for testing pools) that was burning through batteries pretty quickly. After a short email conversation, they sent me a replacement unit via courier at no cost. It's nice to see a company that swaps out products without any fuss these days. Thanks a bunch, you’ve made my hot tub joyful once more!
